Our Leadership Team

Ken Naughton is a leading authority on the challenges of contract work management and is currently the President of Management Controls, leading and growing the company towards continued success and expansion. He has been with MCi since April of 2011, previously holding the positions VP of Consulting Services and Chief Operating Officer. Ken has over 25 years of Oil and Gas experience. Before his time with MCi, Ken was an executive in Accenture's Energy and Chemicals practice. During his 15 years at Accenture, Ken worked with Energy and Chemical super majors to successfully deliver a wide range of solutions and projects targeted towards value creation. In his experience, Ken has gained expertise in executive level relationship management, project execution, business development, project management, and staff development.

Tony Melucci holds responsibility as Management Control’s Chief Financial Officer. He efficiently leads our financial processes and systems as well as our M&A, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting. Tony, a well-rounded CPA, has over 21 years of experience in finance and accounting including serving simultaneously as the CFO for Management Controls and ThisMoment, an end-to-end content marketing platform for which Tony built a world class accounting and finance organization. Prior to joining the MCi team in June of 2017, he has held several positions where he has been responsible for the functionality and efficiency of finance and accounting departments, gaining a strong mix of technical accounting, financial modeling and financial system/database design experience.

Charity brings over 20 years of experience and expertise in product management, marketing, demand generation, business development, revenue operations, and brand building. As the VP of Marketing, Charity guides the marketing department by developing and implementing strategies and communication plans to build awareness and market positioning with a focus on growing revenue. Prior to MCi, Charity held leadership positions at fast-growing, B2B SaaS companies such as PCS and ConstructConnect and has led distributed, global teams. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of Akron, where she graduated in the Top 10 of her class and Summa Cum Laude.  Charity completed an MBA from Baylor University in 2017 with honors.  

Daniel Iturbe is the Vice President of Infrastructure at Management Controls, Inc. Daniel is a leader with over 22 years of experience in Information Technology and Infrastructure. During his work experience prior to starting with MCi, Daniel has held several leadership positions including serving as the Director of Infrastructure and Information Technology at WCA to Infrastructure Manager for global Oil and Gas, Petrobras. Daniel has brought himself to be recognized for building high-performing teams, aligning IT with business goals, and providing cost-effective solutions. 

Donna Hampton is a CPA with 20+ years of progressive finance experience, which includes managing Operational Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Planning and Analysis.  Donna joined MCI in 2020 as Senior Finance Director and has been instrumental in progressing MCI planning and reporting processes. As Vice President of Finance, Donna leads the Finance team with a focus on best practices to drive business insights that optimize company growth while implementing process improvements for efficiency, scalability, productivity, and compliance. Donna began her career at Price Waterhouse and has held accounting and finance positions across various industries including trading financial services, banking, oil and gas, and energy. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Manhattan College.
